Technogym Routines consist of actual workout cards designed to help you achieve determined goals and to enhance your performance.
You can access to Routines directly through the main interface of Technogym LiveApp, where you'll be introduced to our professionals who will guide you through carefully planned exercise sequences.
Routines are accessible for all the equipment belonging to our Home Line, so in case you own a MyRun, a Technogym Elliptical or a Technogym Cycle, you can try them by connecting your tablet to your equipment.

Strong Leg Builder: Training dedicated to the development of strength in the lower limbs.
Agility Sprints: Training dedicated to agility development.
Glute Shaper: Muscle tone development and strength of the lower limbs.
High-Speed Elevator: Training characterized by pyramidal variations of slope and speed.
Challenging Rhythm: A mixed workout characterized by continuous variations of rhythm and gaits.
Burning Intervals: Interval training characterized by variations in incline and speed.
Immunity Booster: A workout designed to strengthen your immune system.
Live Longer, Look Younger: Keep your body young with this workout.
If you wish to start a new Routine, all you need to do is to follow these simple steps:
Access Technogym Live App main interface (Technogym Live App is available for bothiOSandAndroidsystems);
From this interface, select the panel "Routines";
Press on the Routine you want to train with. You'll be redirected into a new screen;
Within this screen, select the duration and the level of difficulty you prefer from 1 to 25 (you can adjust the level whenevever you want during the workout by simply using the speed or incline joysticks on Myrun), then press on the blue vertical bar "Start" on the right.
Remember that by training with Technogym Routines, you have the opportunity to overlay additional content from other apps, such as Netflix or Youtube. In doing so, you will be able to workout while watching some videos or your favorite TV series.
With Technogym, everything is possible! And, to ensure your safety, every time there is an automatic change in inclination and/or speed, an audiovisual notification will appear on the screen, warning you.
